- Delivery Personnel: All orders are delivered by our own employees. A signature from the recipient is required at the time of delivery to confirm receipt.
- Address Details: If you live in an apartment building, please provide complete address details. If someone authorized by you signs for the package, it will be considered a valid delivery. It is then your responsibility to collect the package from the authorized person.
- Alternative Delivery Address: If no one will be available to sign for the package at your home, we recommend using your work address as the shipping address.
Timely Delivery
- Efficient Processing: We strive to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Depending on stock availability, we offer same-day delivery in many cities.
- Operational Days: Our delivery system operates every day of the week (Monday to Sunday), excluding public holidays.
Post-Delivery Policies
- No Rerouting: Once a package has been delivered, it cannot be rerouted to another address.
- Self-Collection: We offer a pick-up service from our warehouse in Islamabad for your convenience.
